Michael Shilling LSWPP - 'The Photographer'

Michael has been working as a photographer for the last ten years. In that time he has shot over 100,000 peoples' portraits and worked in four different continents. In 2001 Michael graduated with a degree in photography from Manchester Metropolitan University has gone on to become a fully qualified member of the SWPP.

Michael is also a Director of Photography and Design at Memory Gate Photographic and Editor of the forthcoming equestrian community site, 'The Equestrian Blog'.

"I believe the diversity of my photographic experience, which ranges from shooting wildlife and glaciers in Alaska to newborn babies and weddings, is what I bring to every one of our photography sessions.

"I would class myself as a portrait/travel photographer and the style which we have developed at Redrosette means that we can utilise both disciplines: Truly personal portraits; shot in amazing locations."

Hayley Hunt

Hayley has been an admirer of horses for many years and it is this love which led to the formation of Redrosette. A new year brought a new challenge and Hayley followed her passion and had her first riding lesson at the age of 29.

"I spent many hours up at my friend's yard bonding with her horse and on Saturday's shared in the whole excitement of going to an equestrian event.

"The experience was one of my greatest days.  From lessons in the sand school to the whole freedom of hacking through natural surroundings. It was so humbling.

"I knew these horse riding lesson were going to lead me in a new direction.  How could I capture the horse and all its beauty in a photo - showing the unique bond between the horse and owner?  This is how Redrosette all started.

"With my love of people and horses, I had the vision of contemporary equestrian photography, so I teamed up with Michael with all his years behind the lens to form Redrosette."

Marcin Mieczkowski - Digital Artist

Marcin has been working as a digital artist, retoucher and photographer for over 5 years, with an extensive knowledge of Photoshop that goes back over 7 years. His expertise in high quality digital retouching and design makes Marcin an invaluable asset to the Redrosette team and insures that our final products are of the very highest standard.

Marcin is a member of the SWPP, as well as a Director of Photography and Design at Memory Gate Photographic.
